The 2009 retreat is scheduled for April 3, 4 & 5 at Day Springs.
Please note: As agreed to at our general meeting on Oct. 16th we have changed our reservation at Day Springs to reflect a truer count of our attendees. We had planned on using the pool house in addition to the cabins which would give us space for 60 people. Since the cabins will accommodate 48 people and our count is 41, we felt it best to remove our request for the pool house. If you have expressed an interest but not paid your deposit, your place is not guaranteed. Space is limited, so to secure your spot please mail your $100.00 deposit payable to PQ’s to:

We are looking for volunteers to serve on the retreat Committee. If you can help, please contact either Sharon Kalinowski 727-254-4286 or Diane Friedman 727-347-9394. If you have any great ideas, come join our committee. We love volunteers.
Please note the following guidelines adopted by the retreat committee and PQs Board. These guidelines are necessary to ensure fairness to all and to prevent PQ’s from incurring unnecessary expenses with Day Springs. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Reservation & Payment:
- Full payment of $200 is due March 3, 2009.
- Reservations are limited to PQ members only.
- A $10 administration fee will be charged for any cancellation.
- A full refund (less the $10 admin fee) will be issued if cancellation occurs 1 month prior to the event (March 3, 2009).
- After the 1 month deadline (March 3, 2009), a full refund will be issued (less the $10 admin fee) only if a replacement is found.
- After March 3, 2009 persons on the waiting list will be offered the spots of those who have not made payment in full.
- Should a late cancellation occur and the waiting list is exhausted, spots will be made available to non-members.
Massage:
- Massage will be available during the retreat (30 minute or 60 minute)
- Fee TBD
- Sign up and payment is expected by March 3, 2009
- Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is found.
- Any open slots for massage will be filled on a first come first served basis. A sign-up sheet will be available during the retreat.
- There is no guarantee of a spot without advanced payment.
